Even though the 1st team won the last five game which finished with a 2-1 win away against Blidworth (Match report - http://www.hucknalltownfc.co.uk/teams/70936/match-centre/1-2115614 ) it proved not enough as Belper United clinched 2nd Spot after their 1-0 over Swanwick on Tuesday night. Selston won the league however they didn't apply for promotion so that fell to who ever finished 2nd. Andy Graves lads will no doubt be proud on finishing 3rd in the league, an improvement on 4th from last season but they will also be disappointed missing out on automatic promotion.
