On this day in 2002 Hucknall played Manchester United in a pre-season friendly at Watnall Road

1330 people packed Watnall Road to see the yellows draw 4-4 with the Red Devils. Goals came from Danny Mayman, Mark Nangle, Phil Starbuck and Scott Huckerby.

Colourblind by Darius was number one in the UK singles chat (Oh dear!).
