And so to our last match before the playoffs as we travel to Barrow Town on Saturday in a 3pm kick off in the uhlsport United Counties League Division one.
Manger Andy Ingle despite achieving a play off place in his first season, remains focussed as he spoke about the weekend ahead. "As always we must stay grounded and take each game as it comes, we play the game and not the moment".
With 7 games unbeaten Yellows could not really hope for much better form as they travel knowing a playoff place is in the bag, but with playoff opposition yet still be to decided.
But the Gaffer knows there is still much to so."Looking to the last game of the league programme on a 7 game unbeaten run we ask, can we make it 8? That will be our focus, with the play off place secure, it certainly would be something to aim for and maintain the momentum. The play off opposition won't be confirmed until the last whistle on Saturday but whoever it is we will be ready for them on the day and everyone involved within the group of players, coaching staff and management committee for the club, together with the fans deserve to have a day like it. With fortune and hard work we will get a result".
There is still so much to play for and as always your support is greatly appreciated to help spur on the squad for what is going to be a tense period for everyone.
