The Journey to the Regional Leagues

Since forming just three years ago in 2023, Hucknall Town Women have enjoyed a meteoric, inspiring rise through the grassroots ranks. After standard-setting campaigns in the Nottinghamshire Girls and Ladies Football League, the team’s hard work has earned them a prestigious promotion into the East Midlands Women's Regional Football League (Division One North).

Stepping into Tier 6 places our women’s team just a few divisions away from the semi-professional game. Manager Colin Craske and his coaching staff have pushed the squad through a rigorous summer pre-season to ensure the players are sharp, fit, and tactically ready for the physical demands of regional football.

Between the Posts & At the Back: Saf Henlor, Elisha Gourlay, Georgia Graham, Shannon Craske, and Kara Shore.

The Engine Room: Sophie Graham, Rebecca Pepper, Alice Lamb, Courtney Jones, Emily Humphrey, and Lacey Holocuk.

The Strike Force & Utilities: Olivia Bainbridge, Millie Huckle, Millie Thorley, Leyla Ozturk Stirland, Bailee Manners, Hannah Yeomans, and Kayleigh Allen Timmons.

Sunday’s historic fixture caps off a massive weekend of football at Aerial Way. Following the Men's First Team FA Vase tie on Saturday afternoon, the RM Stadium will be bouncing once again less than 24 hours later.
