NEXT UP - INGLE "its all about believing"

Yellows v Radford

It is the penultimate home league match at Watnall Road tomorrow night as we host Radford FC in a 7.45pm kick off.

An emphatic 6-1 win at the weekend against Kirby Muxloe will ensure Yellows are in confident mood tomorrow night, but Manager Andy Ingle is still looking for more. "It was an important win for us to keep the momentum going. Although we were very pleased with the result, we still feel we can be better and that is something we will keep striving for.

Ingle, who only last month was struggling with injuries, was pleased that the performance and goal tally meant he could use the match to provide valuable game time. "Pluses all round; we were able to get the whole squad that was selected for Saturday, game time and was able to give some rest to key players ready for tomorrow's game. Sam Simms got on and immediately got into the game and looked comfortable. Also new signing Kai Wilson showed early promise, Morgan Bell and Joe Butler showed good intensity and commitment to help finish the game off, with Joe Butler scoring an excellent goal to cap off a good result in front of our fantastic and very loud home support. The only negative of the day really, was the injury to Muxloe's Goalkeeper who was taken to hospital with what looked to be a bad knee injury. All at the club send their best wishes and we hope he is back playing very soon.

With only two home league matches left at Watnall Road before a string of away fixtures, tomorrow night will prove a real challenge, given Radford's form. Ingle is fully aware of this. "Its a big game and Radford are unbeaten so we will have to be at our best, but confidence is high and we have the right players available for the task. It's all about believing and hard work.

The match kicks off at 7.45pm

Supporters are reminded that the BIG celebration of our time at Watnall Road is this coming Saturday, (the 15th) the very last league match we will play at Watnall Road and also the last home league match for a number of weeks. The club house will be open before and after the match, where music, live entertainment, food and the bar will be open until midnight. The whole afternoon and evening is also FREE to everyone.
