Apart from preseason or other formally pre announced home friendlies, all friendlies at the RM Stadium will be played behind closed doors and the stadium will not be open to supporters or any unauthorised individuals. Such friendlies will not be pre announced by the club and are usually arranged at very short notice.

The club wishes to explain the reasons for this.

When we allow the general public into our facilities we have to ensure that we have appropriate staffing levels in place for the safety and wellbeing of all visitors.

These type of friendlies are an extension of training sessions, when the coaching team feel that this is appropriate and necessary and we do not staff the facilities to cater for supporters accordingly. This also applies to any form of training session.

Therefore, both home and opposition, non authorised personnel, will not be admitted to the stadium in order to comply with the above.

These types of friendlies are very infrequent and our main pre season friendly schedules will be communicated to supporters and staffed accordingly.

Therefore, unless a friendly is officially communicated on our website or socials, please do not turn up at the RM Stadium.
